On all ventilation systems there will be an air handling unit or extraction fan. The performance of the system can be compromised if debris is allowed to build up within the AHU, especially on heating and cooling coils. AHU’s should have pre-filters on the intake/return air to protect the AHU Internals from debris. These will either be a pleated Panel Filter or a Bag Filter, both of these filters are disposable and should be part of your maintenance schedule. A un-maintained AHU will be less efficient, and reduce air quality. Our teams are on hand to take care of your AHU, including any maintenance works, repairs or upgrades.
